POSITION OVERVIEW

Our close-knit creative team is looking for an Art Director who can step in and contribute top-notch work on a wide variety of projects. We create a range of outputs–from high-level marketing campaigns to desktop and mobile interactive components to print advertising. As a member of our creative department you will work closely with our technology development department to help our team execute innovative creative–and strategic–marketing solutions for our clients.


We know that inspiration and talent can come from anywhere, but it'd be rad if you have a minimum of 4 years agency experience and have worked with brands on a national scale. That being said, it is a must that you are passionate about your work and are able to take (and tell) a joke.


You have to know your way efficiently around Adobe Creative Cloud software suite and get serious bonus points if you consider yourself a jack of all trades. We wear many hats as creatives so experience with Sketch, Edge, HTML, and CSS is highly regarded.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create intelligent, inspiring design concepts that are both uniquely creative and easy to use

  • Work effectively with the project management team and develop design solutions that clearly meet given briefs and/or company objectives—as well as timelines and budgets

  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas

  • Deliver clean, layered and labeled source files to the design and production teams

  • Stay current on design knowledge and trends, especially in the interactive space

  • Produce creative concepts and comps that transcend digital tactics and tie into emotive ideas that engage and affect the audience

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fuse Interactive is looking for a Senior Web Developer to help develop interactive websites and applications. The ideal candidate is one that can thrive in a fast-moving, creative company and contribute to a collaborative, experienced team. This role is a member of the Development Team, which is responsible for implementing new designs, features, and systems to meet customer requirements. You will also work on internal applications to help further our own company goals. Position is full time in our Laguna Beach office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain user-facing websites, applications, and back-end tools

  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability

  • Participate in product discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects to make them happen, including selecting and implementing technical architecture.

  • Performs or reviews systems analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, and documentation for assigned projects.

  • Work closely with other departments to provide support, documentation, and user training for new systems and major system enhancements.

  • Research and experiment with latest and greatest technologies.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent in the Microsoft development environment

  • C#, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server

  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

  • Understanding of code versioning tools and agile development methodologies

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Pluses: .Net Core. Advanced front-end frameworks (VUE.js / Angular).

  • Native mobile experience is also a big plus (iOS / Android)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fuse Interactive is one of the biggest players in custom web development in Orange County. We do projects, some typical, but mostly untypical of traditional shops. The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the full life-cycle of software development, including requirements and specification review, test planning, design, review, and execution. This person will be responsible for performing manual testing, as well as developing and executing automation testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and analyze system specifications; Write, refine, and execute test plans and procedures, including both manual test and automated tests.

  • Make recommendations on acceptable risks in the application.

  • Assist support tickets and document defects.

  • Develop automated test scripts.

  • Perform other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with all things internet

  • Understanding of code versioning tools and agile development methodologies

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking to bring on a Technical Project Manager to lead our in house web development projects with experience working in the software development life cycle environment. If you have a background in web development, that is a huge plus!


We develop high-volume user-facing websites, back-office applications, and custom software solutions. You'll need to be able to speak fluently about technology with our software developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define scope and drive the delivery of features for custom and commercial software solutions.

  • Collaborate with Solution Delivery Managers, Architects and software engineers to document detailed user stories.

  • Ability to translate user stories and high-level requirements into actionable Product Backlog items for development teams, and perform software regression testing.

  • User acceptance testing and acceptance criteria validation, data visualization.

  • Effectively communicate project information to key stakeholders, facilitate communication between teams adhering to an Agile/Scrum framework.

  • Help teach and evangelize the Agile framework.
